Navan Racecourse has announced a new sponsorship deal with local business John Lynch Flooring Ireland and UK. The domestic and contract flooring specialists will sponsor four races on Sunday 15th March at the Co. Meath venue when the 'red carpet' will be rolled out for jockeys and trainers on their return from what will hopefully be a successful Cheltenham week.
Commenting on the sponsorship, Navan Racecourse Manager, Peter Killeen said: "It's really terrific to see a local businessman coming on board and I am delighted that John recognises the benefit of sponsoring four races on the day. It is coming at the end of a week where the profile of Irish racing is raised and all the top trainers and jockeys are everyone's topic of conversation, many of whom I'm sure will be in attendance on the day."
