Andre Fabre has nominated the Lockinge Stakes at Newbury next May as a likely starting point for Make Believe.
The French 2000 Guineas winner bounced right back to his best at the weekend when winning Longchamp's Prix de la Foret over seven furlongs after disappointing at Royal Ascot back in June.
"He was one of the most impressive winners of the weekend, I felt," said Fabre.
"He showed great speed, his action was beautiful, everything went perfectly.
"Even though he showed so much speed over seven furlongs, we know he stays a mile well, too.
"I'm really looking forward to him next season, I imagine he will start off in something like the Lockinge."
