Asking spearheads a four-pronged Aidan O'Brien assault on the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Cairn Rouge Stakes at Killarney on Monday evening.

Having contested a couple of Classics before running sixth in the Sandringham at Royal Ascot, the daughter of Zoffany picked up a decent handicap at the Irish Derby fixture before making the frame in the Brownstown Stakes at Fairyhouse.

She is joined in this Listed line-up by stable companions Music Box, Old Time Waltz and Puppetshow, while O'Brien's son Joseph is represented by Dilmun and Ruby Shoes.

After Asking, the Jessica Harrington-trained Drumfad Bay boasts the highest official rating but she was beaten a long way in the Sandringham.

Harrington gives Painting Pictures her next step up the ladder in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Race.

The Roderic O'Connor filly was an impressive winner on her Roscommon introduction and is in receipt of 5lb from Lethal Steps, who narrowly justified market support on his Leopardstown debut and is in the National Stakes.

Path Of Silver has been a revelation since the cheekpieces were applied and Richard Brabazon's filly goes for the hat-trick in the International Hotel Handicap.

Danny Sheehy takes over in the saddle from Oisin Orr, but Orr has decent claims in the Dermot O'Leary Flesk Restaurant Memorial Handicap on Weightfordave, who has been costly to follow but will pop up sooner or later.

There is also jumping action, the pick of which is the Irish Examiner Handicap Hurdle, where California Soul and Whoyakodding lock horns again after taking minor honours at Gowran Park last month.

Willie Mullins will be hoping to finally get a victory into the frustrating Sharps Choice in the Thanks For The Memories Colm The Gooch Cooper Maiden Hurdle, and the champion trainer continues Sapphire Lady's education in the Killarney Racegoers Club Mares Flat Race.
