Snazzy Jazzy maintained his unbeaten record when landing the big pot in the Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sale Stakes at the Curragh.

Clive Cox 's raider settled behind the leaders before being produced to challenge on the rail over a furlong from home in the €300,000 sprint.

The son of Red Jazz powered ahead inside the final furlong to record a three length victory over 66/1 shot Pretty Boy Floyd

The 4/1 winner was supplementing victories at Windsor last month and Goodwood in July.

He was completing a memorable weekend for Cox and Adam Kirby who had combined with the brilliant Harry Angel in the Haydock Sprint Cup yesterday.

Cox also had a winner in France today with Lady Macapa landing the Group 3 Petit Couvert Stakes at Chantilly.

“He was impressive. He was giving a bit of weight away. He's a determined and gutsy performer and has a bit class,” said Cox.

“I'm delighted to win a big pot today. I hope and think that he's a stakes horse.”
