Aidan O'Brien's Butterscotch is one of 10 fillies in the Shadwell Rockfel Stakes at Newmarket on Friday.
The daughter of Galileo was an impressive maiden winner at Naas before finishing second to stablemate Clemmie in a Group Three on her most recent outing in July.
Ger Lyons supplemented Lightening Quick for the Group Two at the weekend and the Frankel filly looked smart when making a winning debut on Irish Champions Weekend.
The home challenge is headed by Roger Charlton's unbeaten Gavota, who won on her debut at Newmarket and then struck by six lengths at Lingfield.
Another unbeaten filly lining up is Ed Vaughan's Hikmaa, while John Gosden's Juliet Capulet will have her followers.
Mark Johnston's Nyaleti again drops down to seven furlongs, having just been caught in the May Hill at Doncaster recently.
Capomento, Club Tropicana, Elizabeth Bennet and Roulette complete the field.
