Strong travelling newcomer Letsbeclearaboutit went into plenty of notebooks as he sauntered home in the Season Finale INH Flat Race at Tipperary.

He gave Gavin Cromwell a double as the trainer earlier supplied Railway Hurricane to prevail in the rated novice hurdle.

Patrick Mullins was booked for this bumper and he steered his mount to the front turning in.

The jockey only had to give Letsbeclearaboutit a nudge inside the final furlong for him to easily clear away by seven lengths at 3/1. Enniskerry the 9/4 favourite, was no match for him in second. Don Diablo plugged on for third 17 lengths further away.

Mullins said: "He is by Flemensfirth and loved the ground and has a fantastic bumper pedigree.

"Gavin (Cromwell) said to get him settled, I was following David Kiely (on Annual Review and he was a bit keen all the way but the most trouble I had was pulling him up.

"He is a very nice horse and I'd say he'll go further and heavy ground is no problem to him. He will definitely stay a trip on heavy ground and he went through the ground very easily today which is a big advantage."
