The Willie Mullins trained Tarla could make her chasing debut at Clonmel on Thursday as she is among the 14 entries for the Grade 3 European Breeders Fund T.A. Morris Memorial Mares Novice Chase.

The 6yo French bred daughter of Lavirco has won four of her five starts for Mullins since coming from France.

She disappointed on the level at Listowel on her penultimate start but the very testing conditions were blamed for her pulling up there.

Should she take part on Thursday she will face stiff competition in the shape of Knockfierna from the Charles Byrnes yard.

The 7yo daughter of Flemensfirth has loads of experience over fences and has won three Grade 3 contest over them.

Should both the mares take part Knockfierna will carry twelve pounds more than Tarla due to the conditions of the race.

Colin Bowe could be double handed with the smart duo of Glibin and hat-trick seeking Our Victoria while Our Girl Salley and Great Oak are the other stand out names.
