Limerick meeting rescheduled

Horse Racing Ireland has announced that due to the cancellation of the Limerick meeting on Monday (November 12) due to inclement weather, there will be a replacement meeting at Limerick on Wednesday November 28.

This meeting will be an all hurdle and bumper race card run on the inside track and will close for entries on Thursday November 22, with declarations to run to be made by 10am on Tuesday November 27.

Full details of the programme of races will be announced in due course.

Curley Bill much the best in Downpatrick finale

They favoured Bally Longford (15/8 this morning into 6/5) in the ring for the concluding November Flat Race at Downpatrick but out on the track it was no contest as his main market rival, Curley Bill slammed him to the tune of six lengths.
