The 10th annual Horse Racing Ireland awards took place at Leopardstown this afternoon.

The awards winners were:

RACECOURSE OF THE YEAR: Ballinrobe

POINT-TO-POINT: Colman Sweeney

Other nominees: Ray Hurley, Derek O'Connor, Jamie Codd

NATIONAL HUNT: Davy Russell

Other nominees: Barry Geraghty, Tom Mullins, Tony Martin, Willie Mullins

FLAT: Joseph O'Brien

Other nominees: Andy Oliver, Jim Bolger, Aidan O'Brien, Dermot Weld.

OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT: Peter Casey

Other nominees: Niall McCullagh, Tom Gibney, David Nagle, Michael Winters, Tom Hogan

CONTRIBUTION TO THE INDUSTRY: Moyglare Stud Farm

HORSE OF THE YEAR: Camelot
