Cheltenham's race on the cross country course has got the go-ahead after passing a third inspection at noon.

The course was not covered against frost, but was found to have thawed out fully after temperatures rose during Friday morning.

Spokesman Andy Clifton said: "The cross-country course has passed the inspection so the race goes ahead as planned."

There are no problems on the main hurdles and chase courses, where the going was changed to soft before the first race.
