Connections of Futuramic have the future very much in mind for the strapping gelding who readily won the Signplus Maiden Hurdle at Limerick today for trainer Andrew Lynch and jockey Robbie Colgan.
The son of Shantou stretched well clear after the third last flight to eventually record a 15 lengths win over Best Value
Afterwards Lynch stated “he'll go chasing now and has the scope for chasing. He'll have a couple of weeks off first though as today's ground was very heavy – he did seem to enjoy it though and is improving all the time.”
