Katie Walsh faces a few weeks on the sidelines after fracturing her right collarbone in a fall at Limerick on December 27.

She suffered the injury when Pocketfullapennies, trained by her partner Ross O'Sullivan, fell at halfway in the hunter chase at Greenmount Park.

Turf Club doctor Adrian McGoldrick said, "Katie has a hairline fracture of her collarbone, and hopefully she should be back in a few weeks."

Another top lady amateur out of action at present is Jane Mangan, who suffered concussion in a fall from Rathlin in the Paddy Power Chase at Leopardstown the same day.

"Jane will have a concussion test next Wednesday" reported McGoldrick.
