Leading owner Barry Connell has appointed Danny Mullins as his retained rider.
Mullins, son of trainers Tony and Mags Mullins, will ride all of the horses owned by Connell.
Connell, who formerly rode his own horses in bumpers, has been a growing force in recent years with the purchase of the likes of Minsk, Inis Meain and most recently Golantilla, ante-post favourite for the Champion Bumper.
Other decent performers that Mullins is set to partner include Mount Benbulben, Shinrock Paddy and Western Leader.
