Today's meeting at Naas has been cancelled after an inspection this morning.

The course was found to be unfit for racing after heavy overnight rain left the track waterlogged.

"Parts of the track are waterlogged. It's raining now and there's no chance of the meeting going ahead," said Turf Club press officer Cliff Noone.

The card was set to feature the Opera Hat Novice Chase in which Mikael D'Haguenet was a short priced favourite.
