The Stewards interviewed Adrian O'Shea, rider of Diamond Avalanche, concerning the fact that he appeared to move across before reaching the marker poles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Rule 211(a) in that he had failed to keep his mount straight until reaching the marker poles. Having considered his previous good record in this regard, the Stewards cautioned him.
