This was due to the jockey having ridden in the previous three mile hurdle and, as there was only a thirty minute gap between races, he was subsequently late to weigh out resulting in the gelding being saddled late.
Jamie Moore, the rider of Minella Voucher (GB), had fallen on the final bend approaching the home straight.
The rider was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
It was found that the incident was accidental and was caused by the gelding clipping the heels of Larkhall (GB), placed second.
Following the race Charlie Hammond, reported that Picknick Park (GB), placed third, jumped right throughout.
