F.M. Berry, rider of Hint Of A Tint, trained by David Wachman, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount bolted on her way to the start. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Hint Of A Tint, trained by David Wachman, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race. The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Sovereign Debt, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed second and Tested(GB), ridden by L.F. Roche, placed first, where it appeared Sovereign Debt received interference in the closing stages. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Tested(GB) had caused interference to Sovereign Debt and in doing so had improved her finishing position. The Stewards therefore reversed the first two placings and took no further action. The result now reads as follows, first Sovereign Debt. Second Tested(GB). Mr.S. McDonogh, Acting Steward, absented himself from this enquiry.
