For three years old and upwards which at entry are rated 70 or less (also open to horses which at entry are rated 71-80) Weights - 3-y-o 8st 9lbs ;4-y-o and up 9st 4lbs ; Penalties - 3-y-o performances before June 20th - for every 1lb above the rating of 75 1lb extra 4-y-o performances before June 20th - for every 1lb above the rating of 70 1lb extra On or after June 20th - for each race won 5lb extra Riders - Open to Apprentices who are apprenticed to Trainers in Ireland only.
