Old Si is a progressive type and look sure to appreciate further than the minimum trip. He was delivered to challenge three out and asserted before the next flight.

Despite being untidy there he kept up a strong gallop in the testing conditions. A novice event over two-and-a-half at Punchestown could be on the cards.

Right Or Wrong and Turtle Time Lucky duelled it out for second without getting a blow in at the winner from before the second last.

Right Or Wrong was delivered three out but couldn't match the winner. He kept on to second after the last and battled gamely to hold the runner-up spot.

He ended up 100/30f but the three market leaders where easy enough to back. It was an improved effort from his last two starts when the yard was out of form.

Turtle Time Lucky made good headway after the third last to go second but could only keep on at the one pace from before two out.

Mega Steps also stuck to his guns well enough in fourth while Flamenco Prince, looked to be weakening before two out, but stayed on again close home and may need further.

Seven Disciples proved disappointing. He picked it up before four out but faded tamely when headed after the third last.
