The Stewards interviewed John James Feane, trainer of Less Of That, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. Evidence was heard from the trainer who apologised for this. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards found Mr. Feane in breach of Rule 32(ii) and having taken his previous record into account the Stewards imposed a fine of ?200 on the trainer
The Stewards enquired into an incident entering the straight involving King Torus, ridden by A.J. Slattery,in the presence of John James Feane. Heart Of Gold (GB), ridden by J.A. Heffernan, and Double Czech, ridden by Karen Kenny, where it appeared Karen Kenny ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards advised A.J. Slattery to ride with more care in future
