Caviar impresses in Thurles opener
Dawn blitzes Molony Cup rivals
She has been jumping very well but is very ground dependant. She can't go on good or on heavy but has a great leap for a small mare. We'll step her up now and aim for something nice at Christmas and hopefully she can win another. She loves a trip.
Conker Club returns to winning ways
she has been a nightmare to train and anything unusual, like a stranger entering the yard, upsets her!
Easy win for Love as Asthuria crashes out
Corbett completes Thurles double
he was unlucky to run into a J.P. McManus owned horse at Galway and was very good today. Eamonn gave him a very good ride and Shane and Barry Potts (owner) do a great job with him at home. You'll probably see him running again over Christmas.
Pet records fourth win of the season
She has been great and has kept improving. She has gone up a lot in the handicap and this was a nice race for her and I'm delighted. She wouldn't want it much softer and I'll talk to Frank (Berry, racing manager for owner JP McManus) but she might have a little break now - she deserves it.
One First Cut wins well on debut
She has a beautiful pedigree and is a beautiful filly. She always went well at home and we just had to get her fit; usually with the likes of her, when they reach the track the pedigree kicks in. She got a beautiful ride and will go for a mares' winners bumper next.
