Gone Dancin She's a mare that has a very bright future. I would have been very disappointed if she hadn't won. She jumps a hurdle well and I'll have to talk to the owners to see if she goes for a winner's of one (bumper) or hurdling. I'm delighted for the owners who are from Dublin and couldn't be in Down Royal tonight. They have been very patient.

Conron I've always thought he was a really good horse and I was dying to run him on the Flat but he's only rated 34 and I couldn't get him into anything. He was to run in Cork but he went ballistic in the box going down and trod on his shoe. He's actually still got staples in his forehead. I said we'd come here near home and he might get to the racecourse without committing suicide!. I schooled him last week and he jumped wonderfully but I had no idea whether he'd stay. He was ridden handily and made a slight mistake at the second last but Paddy said he was only getting going. Suddenly he just picked up. It's great for John O'Hagan as he has two horses with me and the other one is Charcor which finished third in a maiden at Tipperary the other night. I have no idea how good a race that was but we'll go for a novice now. He obviously loves good ground. I might put him into a Flat race also.

Beckwith Place He's a lovely horse and we've always liked him. We just made a decision to come down here because the ground was a little bit easier for him. I don't know where we are going with him next but hopefully he'll improve from that. He's a big horse and he's on the up. Ronan gave him a lovely ride because mentally he's a little bit immature. That race will improve him every way hopefully, mentally and physically. His run in Gowran was a good one and he's one to look forward to.

Hand On Heart She’s not the best work horse at home but if she keeps doing it on the track it doesn’t really matter. She’s won two races now nicely and we’ll probably go for something like the Victor McCalmont (at Gowran Park). I didn’t know what to expect coming here but it’s worked out.

Hand On Heart She will come into her own going 1m2f or 1m4f and she should improve,. She is a good size and is very well bred: she is out of a Group 1 winning filly who is a half-sister to Dolphin Street and Saffron Walden. I don't know what kind of a race it was but she'll be lining up in plenty of black-type races as she is owned by breeding and sporting men.

Feelin' Groovy Tim is in school and he got a kick out of it I'd say!. He (Feelin' Groovy) is only a little fellow and wasn't bought for this job but is a good jumper. I'll run him in a winners' bumper for the young lad to ride. He'll then jump hurdles but I'd say he wouldn't be able to look out over fences!
