Deep Breath It's better to win by a neck than be beaten a neck! Pat said that she is a very genuine filly. That's as slow as she wants it. She wants better ground and I think she is a filly that may improve with age. Her heart got her there.

Shekiba she is entered in the Debutante (Stakes, at the Curragh later this month) and that will be her next run. She is a very tough, genuine filly and it looked a good race. We started her off at six (furlongs) and went to seven and she’ll probably be a miler as a three year old. That is a nice filly to have and I think she’s good; she’s definitely a Group filly.

Silverkode That was very impressive. He had a lay up as he had a drop a week ago and he had a sale to Hong Kong (that didn't work out) that delayed him by two week so we thought he would have needed the run,. I think he's a good horse after that performance. Gary said he didn't get the luck of the race but he done it well. It's only his fourth run so you'd have to rate him. I think Galway is a bit soon and I don't think he'd get in. I think he'd get a 6lb penalty but from my ratings this morning I don't think that gets him in. I'll probably look at the big handicap on Irish Champion's Day as an end of season target.

Only Mine she was always travelling well and I think she is improving all the time. She will probably go for the Group 3 (Phoenix Sprint Stakes) at the Curragh on August 13, and then we will think about the Group 1 (Haydock Sprint Cup) which she was seventh in last year. Anything bar extremes in the ground is fine for her and she is very genuine and very consistent. I love her to bits and she never runs a bad race, and is building up a fine pedigree page.

Swamp Fox He is just a courageous horse and is fierce game. All he does is eats, sleeps and runs. We have him in Galway in the Amateur Handicap (which he won under Browne last year), the Hurdle and in a 1m 4f handicap so we'll see what happens. All options are opened. I always thought this horse would go to the top as he has the right attitude for racing and it's well to have him. Barry's 7lbs claim was vital in a race like that and he knows the horse and gets on well. And he always wins at a good price!
