I was a little bit worried about the ground but it didn't seem to bother him and he galloped through it. The jockey was good too. She lived up to what I had hoped for at Clonmel. Nina rode her there and wasn't too hard on her and she has shown the benefit of that now. It took a long time for the penny to drop with her to race. His form was good in the autumn but he lost his way a bit on real winter ground. We probably had a bit of luck there but we will take it.
