The seven-year-old gelding was placed on his only subsequent hurdle start at Kilbeggan. All eyes will be on The Greek with the returning Davy Russell and he rates an obvious threat having been placed on all four hurdle starts this year. Easca Peasca was successful on the Flat for John Oxx last year and has plenty to recommend since sent hurdling by present connections. The Banger Doyle had a number of useful placed efforts in bumpers including behind Sir Gerhard before scoring at Punchestown and should progress from an initial hurdle outing at Sligo last month.
