FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - There'll be a lot of goodwill behind Bold Sky here, seeing as she was William Codd's last winner. She scored at the point-to-point in Tinahely on January 14th for Codd's long-term supporter, Billy Devereux. The Wexford owner/breeder had Bold Sky leased out, and whilst she couldn't make a break-through in nine outings for Henry de Bromhead, perhaps fences will be the making of her. Impressive under Jamie Codd at Tinahely, the daughter of Presenting has been moved to Gordon Elliott since William's passing, and she'll surely go well here under Jack Kennedy. For a selection I'll take a chance on THREE KINGS. He wasn't far off when falling at the third last in a race that went to Montalbano on Thyestes Day at Gowran.
