FormscanBy Tom Weekes - SPEIRLING should take all the beating here having shown useful form when fourth in a far far better maiden hurdle at Galway recently. He appears a fairly promising type, is progressing well and the form of that Galway run is very strong (the runner-up won since). Yeats Mardy has a rating of 100 and receives her mares' allowance and while she herself has shown some useful bits of form, she might struggle to beat the selection. Varkhann has shown just fair form while Wicket is a well bred type (out of a Galileo mare) and certainly shouldn't be written off as hopeless just yet.
