FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - It's a County Tipperary venue again for GO ANOTHER ONE, after he hit a career high in the Grade Three Michael Purcell Memorial Novice Hurdle at Thurles in February. The Stowaway gelding took fifth place in a Grade One behind Minella Indo at the Punchestown festival last time. He also finished fourth at the highest level in bumper company, at the Irish National Hunt jamboree back in 2017. However there are grounds for thinking that Go Another One will find his true vocation over the larger obstacles, and he gets the chance to prove as much in this near three miler. As stable companions are doing battle at Market Rasen, Uttoxeter and the Curragh, Go Another One teams up with Sean Flanagan for the first time as he goes back in the direction of his career beginnings. The now seven-year-old started off in point-to-points and indeed he displayed a degree of promise when second as a youngster at Dawstown in 2016. He was competing for former amateur rider Colin Motherway at that stage and joined current connections for 45,000 pounds shortly afterwards – money that's turned out to have been very well spent. Gordon Elliott has three in opposition to Go Another One now. Paddy Merrigan rides Invincible Cave, Davy Russell is aboard Western Honour and Brian Hayes is on Westland Row for the Cullentra House handler. Plan Of Attack, Plinth and Smitty Bacall are other noteworthy participants.
