FormscanBy Tom Weekes - There was plenty to like about SINORIA's winning chase debut at Thurles last month and she looks the one to beat here. She was a smart hurdler last season and while she disappointed at the Cheltenham festival, returned in style at Thurles when showing plenty pace to eventually beat useful mare Good Thyne Tara by 12 lengths. Today's trip and reasonably soft ground is ideal and she should take plenty beating. Elimay makes her chase debut today and is interesting given she was a useful mare over hurdles. She won her last two hurdle outings and while she is sure to be well schooled for her chase debut, she nonetheless lacks SINORIA's experience and also failed by 0.5L to beat Good Thyne Tara, when also receiving 10lbs, at Leopardstown last Christmas, indicating she has plenty to find with SINORIA on form. Tintangle is another capable mare (she finished third in the mares' novice hurdle at Cheltenham last March) but displayed daft tendencies when winning at Clonmel in October. She almost ran out approaching the final fence then and while today's track, which is more galloping, could suit better, today's race is a tougher assignment. Agusta Gold narrowly failed to win a Listed mares' chase at Bangor last month and while she is capable, this race is probably stronger and she was beaten by Tintangle at Fairyhouse in October. Moskovite is rated 120 but is held by Tintangle on Clonmel form while Grey Waters needs to show much more than her recent form.
