FormscanBy Gary Carson - This looks a nice opportunity for THEOBALD to gain another victory at the track. Jim Bolger's charge is two from four on his visits to the polytrack surface and ran a fine race last time when third to King's Field in a hot handicap here last month. He looks the one to beat at the weights in this mile conditions event. Captain Joy needs to improve from his comeback effort having been seven-and-a-half lengths behind Theobald in that handicap here last month. Obviously that run could have brought him on and he may be a good bit closer now with a outing under his belt. Tracey Collins' stable stalwart bids to repeat last year's victory in this race. Course regular Geological is sure to take them along but looks to have a bit to find at the weights against the aforementioned pair.
