There's little doubt that connections would have hoped for better than the level the son of Tapit is competing at now, when they came up with the mating of that stallion with the dam, Daisy Devine. However the grey or roan colt has plenty of time to progress yet and now could be the time to catch him, off sixty six on his handicap debut with first-time cheek-pieces deployed. There aren't too many that you'd be confidently ruling out. The 'bottom two' are a little out of the weights but they've got two good claimers up to offset the negative.
