FormscanBy Gary Carson - A few admirable veterans in the field here and the vote goes to AUSSIE VALENTINE. He ran really well, under Daire Davis, on his return to action here a fortnight ago when third to The Game Of Life in a strong looking contest. With that run under his belt he looks capable of striking again off his current mark. Togoville became a record breaker here last week when recording his tenth course success and he has to be a big player again. The handicapper gave him 7lb for that which obviously makes life a bit more difficult and this is the first time he's run over this trip in over four years. Georgian Bay has been in good form here over the winter but this looks a bit more competitive than the claimer he ran in last time.
