He’s been freshened up now after a three-week break, and the draw is a lot more suitable here. Andrew Slattery is also riding on the crest of a wave following a very successful weekend at the Curragh. Isle Of Shadows was having her first run for Paddy Twomey when heavily supported at Sligo last time. She kept on well from a wide draw to beat all bar Olay Power, with Ebony Belle making a promising reappearance close-up in third, and now discards the first-time hood. Kinch was well-backed at Gowran Park last time but the race didn’t pan out well and he could prove a threat here.
