The Camelot gelding has taken really well to hurdles since switching to Joseph O’Brien and wasn’t far off the best last term winning twice including at the Punchestown Festival and also placed twice in Grade One’s notably when third to Pentland Hills in the JCB Triumph Hurdle. This represents a good opportunity on his return to the level. Run For Mary looks the chief threat. She landed both bumper starts at Limerick and Down Royal last year but has been let down by some indifferent jumping over hurdles this season including when successful at long odds-on in Punchestown. She was just denied in a Flat maiden over this trip at Bellewstown earlier this month. Brexit Briefcase made a pleasing debut at Tipperary and should be winning races in time.
