Gordon Elliott has admitted that the former Grade 1 winner is a hard horse to keep right and he was very disappointing first time over fences at Down Royal when never looking like getting involved. He's had a good break since then and obviously they will have tried hard to sort out any problems. Discordantly struggled in Grade 2 company when a distant fifth to Captain Cj in the Ten Up at Navan last month but this looks a fair drop in company and he could be a big player. His trainer Jessica Harrington also runs Hotel Du Nord and it will be interesting to see if the switch to fences can bring about improvement in the former point-to-point winner.
