A bumper and three-time hurdle winner, he ran a fine race at Bellewstown over hurdles on his latest run in August and has previously shown up well on chase debut at Wexford in July, when he made a mid-race blunder which hindered his chances. He should improve from that chase debut run and while he may ideally prefer further, will be well suited by a reasonably sound surface. Knock On Steel has won just once previously over hurdles but has himself progressed well over fences in recent times. He is vulnerable to a smart type but should run a solid race as a 121 rated chaser. Timiyan, a one-time E470,000 purchase, is rated 125 over fences but hasn't been running to that level on his most recent runs and has plenty to prove today. Monstrosity, as his name suggests, will always do better for a fence and while he won his maiden hurdle well at Ballinrobe in May, might not have the class to beat some of these on chase debut today. Kuiper Belt has an excellent 2018 and while he has yet to win this year, is nonetheless a capable type but might do better with this chase debut behind him. Lever Du Soleil receives weight as a 4yo and can get involved today with improvement for his recent chase debut (Cats For Cash was eighth) likely.%0A
