FormscanBy Donal Murphy - All eyes will again be on ACAPELLA BOURGEOIS here as he bids to bounce back after letting down his many supporters when falling in the Troytown over the course last month. Somewhat surprisingly he stays in the handicap division, with connections obviously keen to exploit his mark of 149. The son of Network was heavily back for the Proudstown Park season feature, but after being held up he only got as far as the seventh obstacle. He made all when impressively winning the 'Ten Up' over the course last season, and a return to those tactics should bring out the best in him. Willie Mullins trains the selection and he is also represented by Polidam (a 145,000 pound purchase in December of last year) who was disappointing on his Irish debut at Punchestown in April. He is a five time winner in his native France, and an improved performance can be expected from him now with ten stone twelve on his back. Coeur Joyeux battled gamely to see off Sumos Novios on his last start at Punchestown, and the Philip Dempsey trained six-year-old should give a good account of himself here carrying just ten stone one. Grade 1 winner Flemenstar makes his debut in handicap company, and it'll be interesting to see how he fares. Other leading contenders are Attribution, 2015 winner Fine Rightly, and the 145 rated Apache Stronghold.
