FormscanBy Alan Magee - AA BEE SEE filled the runner-up spot behind Icantsay in a controversial 2m6f handicap at Navan last month, and may now go one better. The winner stole a march on his rivals that day when building up a huge lead that proved insurmountable. The selection took advantage of a lowly rating to score in fine style over this trip at Fairyhouse last spring, and again showed his liking for testing ground when successful on the Flat at the same venue in October. Arctic Pearl gained compensation for an unlucky unseat (saddle slipped) at Fairyhouse when scoring over this course and distance also in October. Martin Brassil revealed afterwards that the gelding only just does enough so he should continue to be competitive in handicaps. Gracemount ended a frustrating sequence of placed runs when also scoring here recently, and should again give a bold account off just a 5lb higher mark.
