FormscanBy Tom Weekes - Last season's smart novice hurdler FURY ROAD gives away weight here but might prove best. FURY ROAD was a very capable type in staying hurdles last term, winning a Grade 2 at Limerick last Christmas, and while he was later beaten in two Grade 1s, wasn't beaten far in either and comes here very much proven over this trip and on testing ground. He lacks a recent run and gives away weight but might still prove good enough. Dewcup is a capable type who receives 9lbs from the selection and while he comes here in good form, might struggle to beat the selection who is 5lbs better off on adjusted ratings. Point-to-point winner Baptism Of Fire seemed to show improvement from his bumper form when winning on hurdles debut here last month and while this is clearly a step up in grade, the runner-up then has at least been placed at Grade 3 level subsequently. Born By The Sea is a useful handicapper but needs to show improvement to get involved today while Caddy Shack will be pottering around at the back hoping to fluke a black-type placing.%0A
