The Well Chosen gelding sprang a shock on his first start for the Conna handler at Limerick over Christmas and the change of scenery may have done him good. This drop in trip would be a slight worry but it doesn't look the strongest of contests. Hughies Bay wouldn't be winning out of turn and looks a danger. He was second in this race last year and has been placed three times this winter. Serious Ego was disappointing last time but the top-weight can't be discounted with Lisa O'Neill taking the mount for Gordon Elliott.
