FormscanBy Alan Magee - FUWAIRT only joined Gavin Cromwell last summer and showed promise on his second start for current connections at the Curragh after totally blowing the start. He subsequently went close in a competitive event at Dundalk and has dropped down to what appears a reasonable mark. Stable-companion Gunmaker probably rates one of the chief threats. He’s also an English import and got off the mark at the first time of asking for Cromwell when coming from off the pace for a cosy success over this trip at Dundalk. That Is The Spirit didn’t show much on his first start for Richard O’Brien but any market support would be interesting with the stable in such good form.
