Formscan - Although SECRET REPRIEVE suffered his only defeat in four starts at this track when fifth in his Welsh National defence last year, he was a comprehensive winner of this race in 2020 and is fancied to go in again. The biggest danger might be Wayfinder, who has been impressive on his last three starts over C&D. Secret Investor hasn't been seen since beating Clan Des Obeaux in the Denman Chase in February 2021, but it wouldn't be a surprise if is forward enough to do himself justice.
