Trainer Richard O'Brien could give his unbeaten hurdler Feud a spin on the Flat, before a possible return to Galway for the festival.
Two from two over flights, the gelding won his maiden at Listowel last June, before following up in a novice hurdle at Ballybrit the following month.
Having missed a recent engagement at Fairyhouse, the Limerick trainer is toying with the idea of reverting to the Flat with the son of Dubawi for his reappearance.
O'Brien said: "He was under the weather last October for a few weeks so we decided to give him a break.
"He came back into training in the new year, everything was tickety-boo and he was due to run in a novice hurdle at Fairyhouse in April but pulled a muscle in his backside.
"The muscle injury is of no great consequence, he is back in full training and he should be back ready to run some time around Irish Derby weekend.
"We'll make a decision in the next couple of weeks whether we keep him exclusively over hurdles but it might be nice to give him a 'flash' on the Flat, before possibly going back to Galway.
"He also has the option of running in a valuable handicap hurdle at Killarney in July but might sneak into the bottom of the weights in the Galway Hurdle, so it is worth considering."
