Riders - : Open to all Apprentices who are apprenticed to trainers in Ireland only. Allowances (up to and including 7th September and which are not cumulative) Apprentices who have not ridden three *winners allowed 7lb Those who have not ridden twenty *winners races allowed 4lb Those who have not ridden thirty *winners allowed 2lb
