After race at Bellewstown Wed, 2nd Oct, 2024 (1st)  She has form here before with the Faheys and she has a couple of great runs for Laura Hourigan. She was in season, that was my worry but she was in good old form this morning. I was hopeful without being confident. She had the ability to do it - it is just once everything was right. She got a good ride and the 7lb claim, so we got the pot and we are delighted. Rory is a great chap - I remember him pony racing and he was always very good. I know his dad for years. Since he has gone to Johnny Murtagh, he is tidying up and getting stronger. He judged that perfectly. I'm delighted to see him doing well. I had no hesitation in putting him up, he's a top one. She won't go to the all-weather, she might go again at the weekend on soft ground. Laura Hourigan offered me this horse and she offered me her again, and she promised me she would definitely do me a turn, so I have to say I owe Laura Hourigan a turn. She was dead on, she knows her job. G A Kingston

After race at Galway Tue, 6th Sep, 2022 (1st)  That is great to get and I have the licence since last September. I have three or four Flat horses and am tipping away with them. It's good and I'm enjoying it. I know nothing else and it is great to have the place at home. I am in the bottom yard at home as we separate the Flat horses, and I've just started with the Flat at the moment. They all say it is hard work, but I do enjoy it. my brother Mark picked her (Pimstrel) out in a claimer at Laytown. It didn't happen for Dundalk with her, I put her away and she came back out of the field a different mare. The ground was slightly too good for her in Gowran, but she wears her heart on her sleeve. We like Listowel, so I wouldn't complain about having a winner there!. It is great to have days like this but we are thinking of Henry De Bromhead and his family as well. Laura Hourigan

After race at Listowel Tue, 21st Sep, 2021 (1st)  It is great to get a winner at the Listowel festival, they are hard to get. She did it well today, the bit of rain last night kept the ground on the slow side which she loves. As Leigh says, she is quick from the gate and into her stride and is able to keep up the momentum on soft ground. For a low-grade filly she is honest, that is her level and Leigh gave her a great ride. She is due for a rise after her last run and another for today but we'll have a look now. As long as she keeps her form, we'll keep her busy between now and the end of the season. She pulled a muscle earlier in the year and had the summer off as it was so dry, but she has paid her way again this year. Jarlath P Fahey
