Plenty of people seem to have backed him too. He had been running in the heavy ground and we just changed things up today, and jumped out in front. He locked-on for Phillip (Enright) and no better man up on his back. We'll enjoy today and he might get the grass now, as the ground will be getting hard now.

Listowel Sat, 30th May, 2026  Le Fanu He is consistent, the bit of juice in the ground helped him and the trip suited. Josh rode him the last day, so knows him now and I didn't have to tell him a lot today. He rides well and had ridden a winner for me previously as an amateur. Dermot and his son Richard (Walsh, owners) have been good supporters of mine and they have been patient with this horse, as he had issues on-and-off with things. He'll win again, as he has found out how to do it now.
