Dundalk Fri, 10th Apr, 2026  Celtic Druid The breed improve with age. I had Lady Scathach who didn't do anything until she was a four and five-year-old and she won five for us. They just seem to need time. It wasn't the plan to be that far back - we just got swallowed up from the outside, but she gave him a very cool ride after that. He did it very well, quickened up fierce well. He had been working out of his skin, and I would have been disappointed if he wasn't thereabouts. He improved since his last run. If there is something that suits here (in April or May), we'll use it, but he has form on grass as well. He's improving away. The winter has been great for Sadhbh, she has got great experience up here. She is apprenticed to me and with me the whole time. I put her up on as much as I could and it is standing to her - she is getting the whole feel of it.
