Trainer Gordon Elliott combined with Michael O'Leary's rejigged Gigginstown operation today to complete a Fairyhouse treble in the concluding Point-To-Point Bumper, with expensive purchase Search For Glory (4/9f).

O'Leary's renewed interest in purchasing national hunt horses has become apparent recently and today Search For Glory, a £200,000 winning point-to-point purchase from John Costello, scored comfortably under jockey Harry Swan.

Elliott, with 19 wins in his rapid start to November, succinctly said “he’s a big galloping horse and will go jumping hurdles now. It was a bonus to go for a bumper.

“It’s been a good day.”

Elliott was also successful in the opening races with Harmonya Maker and Gerri Colombe both ridden by Jack Kennedy.
