As big as 25/1 overnight, there was plenty of money around this morning for Jetara and she showed why the market support came when landing the Coolmore NH Sires EBF Mares' bumper.

Out of a full-sister to 2014 Champion Hurdle winner Jezki, the winner was never far from the pace under Tom Hamilton and, staying on the far side as the field fanned out in the straight, headed the front-running Mollys Mango a furlong and-a-half from home. Lily Du Berlais put in a late bid under the stands' rail but was a length and a quarter adrift at the line with Mollys Mango back in third.

Winning trainer Jessica Harrington, who had gone close in the feature race with Lifetime Ambition said: “It’s some family and you can’t beat breeding! She’s tough and we kind of got it wrong in Gowran where she stayed on really well and we didn’t make enough use of her.

“I was worried about the ground as most of the family like good ground but she’s by Walk In The Park and she seems to cope very well with it.”

When asked about going hurdling, “I don’t know. She’s still only four and we’ll see.”
