Willie Mullins’ Bobarlee readily justified even money favouritism when winning the concluding Sligo Rovers Race Day 3rd August Bumper at Sligo today, winning on the bridle under the Champion Trainer’s son Patrick Mullins
The daughter of Arcadio moved to the front early in the home straight and in the end stayed on strongly along the stands’ side rail for an easy 15 lengths win over Trumps Ace
Mullins senior wasn’t present but the winning jockey later said “it took her a year to put it all together.
“Her run behind Don't Touch It was very good form and I'd say she has improved this season.”
